hh555 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity
  • Abuse of bonus offers
  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts
  • Failure to cooperate with account verification

4 Account Verification

hh555 may request identity verification documents at any time. This process is necessary to ensure platform security and prevent money laundering. Verification may typically require:

  • Proof of bank account or mobile banking information

5 Deposit Terms

5.1 Deposit Methods

hh555 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dhaka Bank, Islami Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank).

5.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 — the same rule applies for each payment method.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Successfully verified deposits are generally credited to the account immediately. hh555 is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues or third-party delays.

6 Withdrawal Terms

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 — the same rule applies for each payment method.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

hh555 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, processing may be delayed if account verification is not complete or if the terms are not met.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals are generally made via the same method used for the deposit. You must use a payment account registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6.4 Before Withdrawing Bonus Winnings

Any winnings related to a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Details are provided in Section 7.

7 Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at hh555 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
Example 2: If you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳22,000.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

Wagering Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

7.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

  • Bonus offers apply once per new account only.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
  • hh555 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers without notice.
  • If evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

8 VIP & Cashback Program

hh555's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Reaching a higher VIP tier depends on your ongoing activity and play. hh555 reserves the right to determine and change VIP tiers at its own discretion.

9 Gaming Service Terms

9.1 Fair Play

hh555 uses SSL encryption and secure technology to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are automated and determined without any human intervention.

9.2 Technical Errors

If a game outcome becomes uncertain due to a technical error or system failure, that round may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. Claims for incomplete games under such circumstances are not accepted.

9.3 Fraudulent Activity Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:
